Job Overview

Weatherford, a leading organization in the Oil & Energy industry, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Order Management Supervisor to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming manufacturing orders, ensuring seamless communication and expediting customer orders to drive exceptional customer satisfaction.Responsibilities

  • Identify potential order issues and take proactive measures to prevent delays and customer dissatisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Planning, Procurement, Production, Shipping, and Warehouse teams to ensure order availability, delivery timelines, and smooth operations.
  • Manage customer returns and order cancellations with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Oversee order entry and processing, including order validation, pricing, and delivery schedule management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer order information in the organization’s ERP system.
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve order issues and discrepancies promptly.
  • Demonstrate leadership, ethical behavior, and adherence to Weatherford’s standards at all times.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve order processing efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Education

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field is preferred.Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer service, supply chain, finance, sales operations, or a related position.

Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of order management systems and supply chain management operations.
  • Familiarity with JDE, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or other ERP/CRM software systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
