JOIN OUR TEAM

DESMI Middle East is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Manager to oversee our order execution process. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient management of orders across various sectors, with a focus on pump technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and own the order process from confirmation to the start of the warranty period, focusing on low-complexity projects.
  • Generate and handle proforma invoices and order confirmations.
  • Prepare and distribute order-related documentation to customers.
  • Address commercial and technical changes, including strategies for delay mitigation.
  • Ensure timely submission of necessary documentation, such as certificates and instructions.
  • Conduct internal training and education on order management processes.
  • Assist in warranty and spare part sales efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Basic technical knowledge of pump products, applicable across various sectors.
  • Strong commercial understanding and ability to manage multiple orders effectively.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Cross-cultural understanding, outgoing personality, and a loyal mindset.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
