Summary
For the “Spectrum Dominance MRO” department, we are looking for an “Order Manager - Maintenance (f/m/d)” at the Ulm site as soon as possible.
The “Order Manager - Maintenance (f/m/d)” is responsible for and controls the processing of customer returns within the required time, the agreed budget and the required quality.

Your Tasks

  • Responsible for the control and order processing of customer returns in terms of quality, costs and time
  • Process-compliant order processing using the SAP production planning tool
  • Ensuring the timely availability of operating resources, special materials and process instructions
  • Support with production optimization and process improvements
  • Participation in the preparation of quantity structures
  • Ensuring the smooth flow of materials and information within production
  • Planning and coordinating all necessary preparatory work
  • Taking appropriate measures in the event of deviations and problems during order processing
  • Initiating material procurement and timely availability
  • Identification of missing parts
  • Suggestion of change requests
  • Preparation, support and implementation of customer acceptance tests

Your Profile

  • Electronics technician for devices and systems with additional qualification as a state-certified technician or comparable additional qualification
  • Several years of professional experience
  • Knowledge of order processing, production planning and work preparation
  • Very good knowledge of SAP IMT, QM and PLM
  • Ability to work independently, strong organizational skills and assertiveness
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility and ability to cooperate
  • Very good German and good English skills
