Description:
We are in search of an Order Manager to join our team in Houston, Texas. This role primarily involves managing all orders from their creation to completion. The Order Manager will also play a crucial role in customer relations and inventory management within our industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire lifecycle of all orders, ensuring accurate and timely completion
- Generate and manage bill of materials to ensure accurate product manufacturing
- Oversee order tracking to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Prepare proforma invoices and ensure their accuracy for all transactions
- Oversee the shipping and receiving process to maintain inventory integrity
- Serve as a Customer Service Representative (CSR), engaging in heavy customer-facing interactions
- Utilize accounting software systems for data processing and managing accounting functions
- Conduct regular audits to ensure order and inventory accuracy
- Support the inside sales team to ensure smooth order process
- Manage purchase orders and other order management tasks as necessary.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Order Management or a related field.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems.
- Strong skills in Data Processing.
- Understanding and experience in Accounting Functions.
- Familiarity with Auditing procedures.
- Experience in Inside Sales is a must.
- Knowledge and experience in handling Purchase Orders.
- Proven ability in Order Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred.
