- 5+ years in functional leadership/ People Management with 20+ employees from a Matrix organization
- Knowledge of Order management processes.

Responsibilities:
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
Leading Order Operations team, you will be a key player in enhancing the Medtronic Customer Experience, you will be the face of Order Operations, interacting with customers, local business teams and ensuring we strive for the best service delivery.
In this role you will be reporting to the VP CCOO Americas Customer Care & Order Operations Vice President.
You will manage, coach, and drive local Order Operations teams and SAS to perform excellent interactions with our customers, internal and external.
You will also drive change towards future transformation of our services and processes, establishing a close collaboration with the 3 Regional Solutions Units (Digital, Business, Order) and, through them, into the central Initiatives.
You will be part of SOLA Leadership team, supporting the design and execution of the local Market Strategy, ensuring productive bilateral communication between sales and service, maintaining E2E service accountability, and for maintaining (across all CC&OO functions) local alignment and sense of belonging.

MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily the activities.
- Builds and maintain collaborations and networks with the region commercial teams.
- Actively contribute into regional Leadership team journey/strategy/initiatives, providing visibility of CC&OO value added.
- Lead by example with the local Order Operations team Inclusion, Engagement, and Innovation to support Organizational Health Survey results to aim targets of 85% and above.
- Responsible for managing Annual Operating Plan and cost control within targets.
- Manages all escalations with the right level of engagement to solve.
Collaborate closely with your peer Customer Care Managers in RLM to share best practice, alignment, and teamwork.
- Hiring best talents and develop team members.
