Order Picking Manager

An Order Assembly Manager in Glanmore Foods supports with the supervision of the order assembly team on the line.
To be successful in this role you will ensure all steps in the process are completed correctly and on time while also ensuring that quality standards are met at every step.
This is a full time permanent role, Sunday to Thursday and will only be required to work in line with the academic calendar and will be based in Lusk Co Dublin.

• Support the order picking process to ensure it is running smoothly and efficiently.
• Supervise and support the workflow of employees on the order picking line by ensuring work is completed efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor production processes to identify bottlenecks, minimize downtime, and optimize efficiency.
• Support with the employee training programs to ensure that all employees are properly trained on the job before they begin work.
• Scheduling and coordinating the activities of workers on the order assembly line.
• Overseeing stock rotation, stock quality and minimise wastage.
