Job Description:
We are looking for an Order Processing Specialist to manage incoming orders efficiently. The role involves organizing and overseeing processing operations for all customer orders, including international ones. Responsibilities include catalog number verification, pricing, handling large order requirements, change orders, expediting, credit limit management, and ensuring promise dates are met.
The role involves updating crucial order data, including the 2nd promised date, quantity, large order requirements, expediting, change order, and more. Managing the processing operations of incoming orders in close collaboration with the front office, ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fluent English (oral and written)
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in Business order administration & customer service work focuses on optimizing and monitoring processes related to customer order processing, shipping and returns.
  • Logistics and Procurement background.
  • SAP experience

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for customer satisfaction in term of service (OTDC , BOL , NOR, AC2)
  • To understand logistics, customs compliance requirements (SPOC of export control, etc.), priorities and expectations per customer segment
  • Ensure information flow : Lead times, delays, availability stock, blockage at SO / Material level, any other request in logistics - ensure and respect SLA (Supplier Logistic Agreement)
  • Manage customer issue escalation in collaboration with other departments (suppliers/plants) to minimize customer impact
  • Proactively communicate to Front Offices in case of any foreseen delivery performance issues (provide visibility about main performance KPIs )
  • Constantly seek for performance and logistics solution improvements to increase customer satisfaction and team efficiency
  • Actively promote customer centricity, empower and coach a customer focused team.
  • Animation of SIM rules and cycles event of the department & site
  • Be responsible for people management including goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, well being
  • For Adaptation center :Monitor local adaptation performance as a special care unit (separate reporting for adaptation sector)
  • Is in charge of MPP (Master Production Plan) animation
