Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop our customer service teams, ensuring they consistently deliver outstanding service.
- Proactively manage customer queries, identify improvements, and take ownership of issues.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, ensuring smooth service operations.
- Collaborate closely with finance, account management, and collections teams to ensure seamless service.
