Job Title: Order Processing Team Leader

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop our customer service teams, ensuring they consistently deliver outstanding service.
  • Proactively manage customer queries, identify improvements, and take ownership of issues.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, ensuring smooth service operations.
  • Collaborate closely with finance, account management, and collections teams to ensure seamless service.
