  • Preferably solid experience of SAP, familiarized with office tools (work, excel and PowerPoint), however we are happy to train, the right character is more important

Responsibilities:

  • Provide order fulfilment services to Mindray UK customers (internal and external), in volume of up to 100 per day, including order reasonability reviewing, order commitment, and shipment arrangement, continuously optimize the entire process of order management and monitor it;
  • Manage the order execution process to make sure the orders are achieved delivery base on commitment date (ETA);
  • Manage the order resource allocation base on the priority list that UK customer service team provide. Informs UK customer service teams of order lead times, shipping dates and related product issues for past, current, and future orders.
  • Creates picking lists for all released sales orders from direct customers, distributors or local offices in a timely fashion.
  • Follow up with UK - logistics or local third-party vendor orders in co-operation with our material planning department.
  • Creates reports for logistic and sales management, for example delivery forecast reports or delivery time reports. These reports are created using SAP (50%), Excel (50%) and PowerPoint (occasionally)
  • Checks the possibility of rework using SAP. Rework means changing the configuration of a product to make it compatible for an open order. Physical rework will be done by technicians. All paperwork must be handled by the order processor.
  • Check availability of local stocks for internal stock transfers using the SAP system
  • Creates and emails software keys using a restricted Mindray website.
  • Contact with forwarders such as TNT, Cargo Partner, Rhenus and BF Logistics whenever there’s issues with deliveries.
  • Continuous liaison with our third party logistics business to ensure delay speed and understand and overcome challenges with orders.
  • Ongoing interaction with UK Customer Service to provide accurate ETA information for them to share with our customers.
  • Support our warehouse team with the day-to-day SAP and TNT issues.
