Responsibilities:
This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a the manager of our Order to Cash Back Office for Genlyte based in Panama.
This is a multi-function team that will span:
- Order management support including order entry, order processing, order management, level 1 customer service support, and service improvements
- Post order management of transactional activities to process returns, credits, and debits timely and in line with internal levels of authority
- Post order management of financial operations such as rebates, SPA claims, and commissions
- Drives digital tool adoption across end to end
- Consistently manage sales rebates process with Finance in post-order process
- Drives cross functional collaboration, strategic focus and organization agility
- Influences a winning spirit, embedding our culture in the commercial teams
- Hires, coaches, motivates, and develops key talents and provides direction
- Builds required order desk capabilities to drive sustainable business performance in the area
