WHAT YOU’LL DO
The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:
- Ensure that all employees perform their duties in accordance with the required standards and procedures.
- Openly communicate with employees ensuring regular briefings occur and all relevant information is shared.
- Effectively maintain master and monthly work rosters.
- Ensure all contractual responsibilities are met in line with Services Specification, Method Statement, Functional Brief and all relevant contractual documents.
- Ensure adherence to work schedules, reviewing at least on a quarterly basis.
- Monthly analysis and reporting of non-conformance of KPI’s and providing rectification / justification. Actively seeking ways to improve work efficiency and identify areas where opportunities for business improvements can be realised.
