  Are you a social media superstar dedicated to representing your brand and engaging with audiences online? We have an exciting opportunity for a Organic Social Media Manager to join our team in Leeds. You’ll be the voice of the brands we work with, managing their social presence and engagement with their audiences.

YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Be the team’s fount of knowledge for social media – be on the pulse of new social channels and trends, but equally know tried and tested channels inside out.

Be algorithm obsessed – why do some things get seen and others don’t?

Know social best practise like the back of your hand.

Look to set engaging social strategies based on insight and data, and how social can work alongside wider digital channels.

Get stuck into publishing plans and coming up with creative ideas that you or our in-house creative team may execute.

Write social copy that embodies the brand and gets audiences to act.

Set the standard for community management and be happy to lend a hand.

Report on social activity – this could be anything from owned analytics to social listening.

Line manage the team’s social media executives.
