Responsibilities:
In this pivotal role, you will:
- Manage organisational design projects that impact workforce design and development, aligning with LCC’s People Strategy, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting outcomes.
- Conduct assessments to identify structural improvements and resource efficiency, and support smooth transitions using clear frameworks and tools.
- Develop and implement change management plans that support transition during organisational changes and restructuring efforts, fostering optimism and resilience.
- Utilise feedback to continuously adapt and improve plans, maintaining positive engagement with the changes.
- Act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, managers, and employees to ensure alignment between project objectives and the needs of the workforce, driving solutions that reflect a commitment to positive impact and sustainable growth.
Utilise analytics and data insights to inform design and development decisions, track progress and measure impact, with LCC’s focus on accountability.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and innovative solutions in organisational design and development.
What we’re looking for:
- An experienced OD & D Professional with a proven track record of delivering successful, people-focused initiatives in large, complex organisations.
- Strong expertise in organisational development and change management, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience of utilising systems thinking methodologies or has an understanding of their application would be desirable.
Someone who is analytical, innovative, and excited about using data to drive decisions and improvements.A proactive individual with excellent communication and collaboration skills, ready to make an impact and shape the future of Lancashire’s workforce.
