Description:

The post holder will define current processes, facilitate discussions, and advise colleagues as to how best practice might be adopted in the definition of future processes, document those processes as they are agreed and oversee their delivery.The post holder will take the lead on specific activities and projects to support both the staff of the statutory employing body of the Integrated Care Board (ICB) and on system work that is related in partnership with the wider ICS to realise the benefits and efficiencies of working as a whole system. To be responsible for the provision of a comprehensive, proactive, professional leadership and Learning and Development service for the ICB to support the delivery of high-quality health and care services to our population.To deliver a programme of activities that includes leadership development,talent management, coaching and mentoring, staff engagement, changemanagement and behavioural change interventions that support improvedteam working, organisational culture change and adapting to changes in thewider health and care system.To oversee the Learning and Development Service and team for the ICBwhich provides the training function across the organisation.To support the Senior People Team in delivering the People Plan for the ICBby leading the delivery of key strategic workstreams and projects.The post holder will manage the roll out of a range of apprenticeshipprogrammes across the organisation and wider system. They will alsomanage the GMTS for system partners and the ICB.The post holder will be required to work closely with colleagues in the People Team, senior leaders across the ICB and colleagues across the ICS
