About you

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Completed HR Related Degree
• 10+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably overseeing Talent, Learning, Culture andOrganisation design in Sub-Saharan Africa
• Lead with right values i.e. humanism, openness, proximity and enthusiasm
• Put Danone First - We act and work as one team, across countries and functions
• Lead with People - We grow as leaders by developing others
• We keep it simple - We deal with complexity by bringing focus and a pragmatic approach
