Description:
The OD Programmes team are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated person, with a solution focused attitude and excellent organisation skills, to join the team.
We are a small team with big ambitions. Whilst most OD teams work internally to engage and develop teams, at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals we are also working with Trusts across the UK to provide consultancy and support using our exciting new Team Engagement and Development tool. Alongside supporting our external clients, you will play a key role internally, administrating and organising a variety of projects and workstreams.
This position is a permanent role and is highly varied with lots of opportunities for increasing your experience and providing stretch should you be interested in developing your career and learning new skills.
The role offers agile working; a combination of working at home and on-site (when required) along with flexi-time to support colleagues’ wellbeing and work-life balance. The suitable person would need to be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

You will provide excellent customer service and administrative support for clients and colleagues who work with our team. You’ll also be p roviding administrative support for internal and external events (remote and in-person), helping extend our reach of support.
In this role you’ll be provide administrative support for a diverse range of Organisational Development Programme projects. You’ll be a dministering client payments and purchase orders, supporting communications, and helping us develop our service to meet the needs of NHS colleagues.

Providing general administrative duties and customer service to ensure:
Clients and internal colleague queries and concerns are dealt with in a timely manner.
Clients and internal colleagues are kept up to date with regular communications, so they know how their queries are progressing, managing their expectations and providing high levels of customer service.
Meetings are arranged and notifications sent in a timely manner.
Systems are managed and updated where necessary.
Relevant and appropriate information is proactively shared, and communications are tailored to meet a range of audiences needs including senior stakeholders.
