Description:

ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

?Lead and manage organisational, cultural, and behavioural change programs, ensuring the OD
?and HC teams follow best practices.
?Conducts research and integrates corporate priorities into HC programs, demonstrating great
understanding of changes in worker demographics and future skills, and their impact on the business.
?Monitor and analyse employee engagement levels and develop appropriate interventions.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION MAY INCLUDE:

?Post Graduation qualification preferably at master?s level (NQF 8) in HR or Organisational Development or related studies, however candidates with required experience and studying towards a Masters qualification are also encouraged to apply.?

?Minimum 10 years of experience with at least 3 years in a senior management capacity
