ABOUT US

UCL’s Organisational Development (OD) department offers extensive learning and career development opportunities to over 16,000 colleagues in academic, research, teaching and professional services. The Learning and Leadership Development (LLD) Team is a key part of Organisational Development, responsible for all aspects of learning and leadership development.
UCL currently has a hybrid working policy. You’ll be required to work in our Bloomsbury office 2 days per week, and definitely be present at one collaborative working day per week (usually Monday). UCL is a flexible employer and job-share and flexible working arrangements will be considered.

ABOUT YOU

To do this job you’ll need experience of the full Learning and Development cycle including needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation. You’ll have had responsibly for the end-to-end delivery of quality blended learning and development initiatives across a large, complex organisation.
With a proactive and continuous learning mindset, you’ll be highly organised with proven ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams to budget and schedule across various populations. You’ll also have the ability to identify development needs and develop appropriate, impactful interventions.
If you have psychometric qualifications such as, Insights, DISC or SDI and a coaching qualification, then that’s great. But if you don’t, and you feel you tick our other boxes, we’d still love to hear from you!

ABOUT THE ROLE

The OD People Partner role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance people learning and leadership and management capability across UCL.
Reporting to the Senior OD Consultant (LLD) – Partnering, you’ll work closely and collaboratively with HR colleagues and senior stakeholders. You’ll lead on a variety of different projects across our OD offer which includes a number of leadership development programmes, people management essentials, induction, professional development, communities of practice and networks and team development.
