Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Organization & Talent Development (OTD) Specialist will assist in the support, and continued evolution, of our organization & talent development efforts. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the coordination and implementation of training and development programs for our organization. Reporting to the Manager of Organization & Talent Development, you will collaborate closely with multiple departments across the business to ensure that our training initiatives enhance employee skills, satisfaction and effectiveness. This hybrid role is based out of our Denver, CO headquarters.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:
- Assist in the coordination of existing leadership development programs
- Assist with organizing and coordinating training events, workshops, or other programs
- Develop and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions using various modalities (e.g. instructor-led, e-learning, in-person, and virtual)
- Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including course enrollment, content creation, content management, and reporting
- Drive successful creation of quality content through engagement with stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Deploy various instructional design modalities (i.e. SCORM, e-learning, Articulate 360, Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Slido, etc.)
- Manage internal learning platforms and external vendors
- Ability to assess training needs, develop training programs and evaluate effectiveness to drive continuous improvement
- Exhibits a passion for learning and dedication to supporting others’ professional growth
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a learning and development, training coordination, or related role required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Hands on experience with LMS administration and/or configuration.
- Experience facilitating interactive training sessions using various modalities (e.g. instructor-led, e-learning, in-person, and virtual)
- Exceptional people, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles (70/20/10 model of development)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Highly organized and willing to juggle a diverse set of projects and tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years’ experience with LMS administration, preferably Workday Learning
- The ideal candidate will have a background in Human Resources, supporting the talent function such as selection, assessment, development, and succession planning
- Proficiency with SharePoint, virtual meeting platforms, Articulate 360, Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Acrobat Pro

Base Pay Range: The annualized salary range offered for this position is estimated to be $81,000 - $90,000. However, the actual pay range depends on each candidate’s experience, location, and qualifications.
Variable Pay: Discretionary annual bonus, based on personal and company performance.
