Job Description
- Establish clear metrics and key performance indicators (KPI’s) to measure the success of development programs.
- Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement
- Make a recapitulation of PDA, monitoring performance presentations of all new Department & Division Head
- Creating an Organizational Structure from Management Instruction
Requirements
- Bachelor of Psychology or Management SDM
- Max. 35 years old
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the related field
