About the team
The Institute of Management Strategy is responsible for management research and improvement. Its scope includes organizational design, risk control, policies and processes optimization, information efficiency improvement, and other management initiatives based on the company’s strategic needs.

Responsibilities
1. Develop and enhance offline working policies through comprehensive data analysis, external research, and internal interviews.
2. Ensure the effective implementation and execution of policies by collaborating with key stakeholders, utilizing data disclosure and managing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to clarify specific operational steps and responsibilities.
3. Coordinate with upstream and downstream stakeholders to ensure the offline working experience, optimizing related policies and measures.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Final year or recent graduate who are interested in the tech industry.
2. Systematic thinking, and attention to detail.
3. Have strong execution, data analysis, and communication skills.

1. Self-driven, proactive, and dedicated goal achiever.
