ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT (CONTRACT ONLY)

Travel Expectations: Up to 50% on average

Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead OCM work efforts, including strategic change, technology adoption, and enterprise change management: scope identification, project planning and execution and, monitoring of OCM deliverables
- Apply OCM experience applying change enablement techniques and methods around leadership and change vision and metrics, communications and engagement execution, change impact analysis, change readiness, cultural understanding, sustainability plans, and learning.
- Collaborate and work with diverse Centric and client teams to achieve project and change adoption goals
- Manage the people, process, and technology changes occurring within the Client while achieving a project’s desired outcomes.
- Provide strategic solutions to clients in multiple environments and disciplines
