Organizational Change Management Consultant

We are offering a position for an Organizational Change Management Consultant within the retail industry, located in Bloomington, Minnesota. The role entails designing and implementing change management strategies to facilitate a smooth transition within our organization, particularly in the context of a new technology tool. This role will be a contract employment opportunity.

• Design and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions within the organization.
• Conduct assessments to determine the effects of changes on employees and the organization.
• Develop and manage communication strategies to keep employees informed of upcoming changes.
• Facilitate training and workshops to prepare employees for upcoming changes.
• Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
• Advise management on how to minimize disruptions during change.
• Collaborate with other consultants and stakeholders to drive the success of projects.
• Assist with the development of necessary training materials.
• Track and analyze change outcomes to determine the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
• Address any concerns or issues related to changes within the organization
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in organizational change management in the retail industry
• Demonstrated expertise in change management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly express change strategies and plans
• Proven project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage complex projects
• Ability to design, develop, and implement strategies for organizational change management
• Proficient in documentation, with the ability to create clear and concise reports and presentations
• Experience in identifying potential issues and proactively proposing solutions
• Capacity to work collaboratively with all levels of management and staff to execute change management strategies
• Proficient in using project management software and other related tools
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess organizational structures and processes
• Ability to inspire and influence others to adopt new processes and behaviors.
