ORGANISATIONAL CHANGE MANAGEMENT (OCM) CONSULTANT/ADVISOR
Hybrid role* (Remote/ on-site), UK

Tenthpin are seeking a talented, client facing and collaborative Senior OCM Consultant to join us as we continue our rapid growth. The successful applicant will have exceptional Organisational Change Management and People Leadership Experience, with a passion for delivering innovative solutions that add real value to our clients and continue to build our reputation as one of the recent success stories within the Management Consulting Industry.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
First and foremost, you are a genuine Management Consultant who has exceptional communication skills, sees the bigger picture, and works collaboratively with your clients and colleagues alike, to create exceptional solutions.
- You will possess the full OCM Consultant ‘Toolkit’, with an exceptional track record of delivering all the following: Change impacts assessment, Business readiness evaluation, Effective communication strategies.
- You display exceptional Stakeholder management across all levels and build genuine credibility with your clients and colleagues alike.
- You have a demonstrable experience in managing Organizational Change Management Projects having led key programmes in such environments and changing ways of working for thousands of employees.
- As a person, you are assertive, decisive, adaptable, energetic and passionate about your work. These skills translate themselves in to you being empowering and approachable leader who takes people on a ‘journey with you’ and creates work to be proud of
- A proven track record in a ‘Big 4’, Major ‘SI’ or specialist SAP Consulting Firm would be preferred, having worked at at least Manager/Senior Manager level.
- Experience in Life Sciences, or process manufacturing industries, particularly in sectors such as chemicals would be advantageous.

- Be a key member of the Tenthpin team, driving change through the Senior Leadership and wider organisation of the client landscape.
- Will get to implement exciting projects covering different ways of working, including Agile.
