As a Change Management, Senior Associate at RSM, you will play a pivotal role in our Organizational Change Management team. This team focuses on accelerating the time to value for clients by identifying necessary employee behavior changes, reducing resistance to these changes, and sustaining new behaviors to ensure the delivery of business case benefits. You will work closely with clients to customize solutions that drive successful change initiatives, enhance employee engagement, and achieve organizational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a large organization or professional services firm
  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge in advising organizations on the above business processes
  • Experience in at least one of the following focus areas: o Business Transformation o Business Process Improvement o Shared Services o Business Post Merger Integration
  • Experience in the development of deliverables and reports
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including MS Project, MS Visio & Smartsheet
  • Ability to travel > 50 % locally and internationally

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Functional understanding of ADKAR, Kotters or ACMP Transition theories
  • Experience developing and delivering proposals
  • Experience serving clients across multiple industries

    At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
    Compensation Range: $61,000 - $97,500
    Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of projects to help optimize all elements of the Organizational Change Management function including but not limited to: Technology Deployment, Readiness Assessments, PCT Surveys, CCRA’s, Stakeholder Analysis, Communication Plan, Training Plan and other Transformation activities
  • Demonstrates fundamental understanding of Transformation and Change Management function and the people, process, and technology that support transition within an organization around the three identified events, Digital Transformation, Strategic Initiatives and Operational Resilience
  • Understand the fundamentals of business processes, including: Technology Deployment, Readiness Assessments, PCT Surveys, CCRA’s, Stakeholder Analysis, Communication Plan, Training Plan and other Transformation activities
  • Deliver high-quality work within expected timeframes. Monitor project progress, understand how to identify risk and ensure project team is informed about progress and expected outcomes
  • Participate in the development of proposals and business development activities
  • Understand firm capabilities across lines of business to identify cross selling opportunities
  • Assist in preparing engagement/project financials
  • Identify industry focus and assist with industry research and targeting activities
  • Will manage and participate in multiple projects simultaneously
