REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum five to 5 years demonstrated experience in organizational design, organizational effectiveness, and Compensation
- Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skills with a strong customer focus.
- Strong report writing, research, analytical and project management skills
- Fluent English

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the methodology for the definition of organzational structures, head count and workforce analysis.
- Measurement of capacities and analysis of workloads, proposing schemes that lead to continuous improvement.
- Employs best practices to lead organizational design initiatives, including assessing, developing, and redesigning organizational frameworks, structures, operating model, , roles, job level requirements
- Creation of equitable and competitive salary structures and optimisation of organisational processes through an analytical and data-driven approach.
- Designing compensation policies that attract, retain and motivate talent.
- Conduct market research on compensation and benefits to ensure competitiveness.
- Build classification frameworks and career paths.
- Manage compensation budgets
