  • You effectively develop trusting relationships and partnerships through integrity and authenticity.
  • You have a minimum 4 years’ experience in Organizational Development related areas (Performance & Talent management, Leadership & Talent Development, L&D, Employees Engagement, etc.)
  • You graduated university and you have a good level of English, in both writing & speaking.

  • you will be co-creating the design and implementation of Leadership & Talent development initiatives;

  • you will be a D&I champion by supporting practices and initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion excellence;
  • you will assure operational excellent for the OD area by keeping up to date internal procedures, budgeting & monitoring costs, contract management, risk reporting activities, etc
