Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in organizational development, total rewards, workforce management, and/or policy development.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Familiarity with compensation and benefits administration and organizational development best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with employees at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing and implementing organizational development programs that align with business objectives.
  • Support the development and execution of change management strategies for ongoing organizational initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR partners and department leaders to identify development needs and address workforce challenges.
  • Help manage and administer compensation and benefits programs including salary reviews and benefits enrolment.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to support compensation decisions and ensure competitive pay structures.
  • Contribute to the creation and revision of company policies and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and compliant with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Communicate policy changes and updates to employees and provide guidance on policy interpretation and implementation.
  • Ensure that policies and procedures are consistently applied across the organization.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to organizational development, total rewards, workforce management, and policies.
  • Assist in resolving employee issues and concerns in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Promote a positive work environment through effective policy implementation, workforce support, and employee recognition programs.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to workforce management, policy changes, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing overall organizational effectiveness.
