Description:

Join our dynamic and rapidly expanding Client who is providing EdTech resources, and tools designed to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
As an Organizational Development Manager, You will be responsible for driving and implementing strategies, initiatives, and programs aimed at enhancing the effectiveness, performance, and culture of the organization.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in organizational development, change management, and talent development.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Organizational Development (OD) strategies: Lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive OD strategies, programs, and initiatives that align with the organization’s goals and promote a high-performance culture.
  • Change Management: Drive change initiatives across the organization by providing guidance, tools, and resources to leaders and employees. Develop change management plans, communication strategies, and training programs to facilitate smooth transitions and mitigate resistance.
  • Talent Development: Identify talent development needs and design and implement programs to enhance employee capabilities, engagement, and career development. Collaborate with HR and Learning and Development teams to assess training needs, create training modules, and deliver training programs.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management frameworks and processes to ensure alignment between individual performance goals and organizational objectives. Support managers in providing feedback, coaching, and performance improvement plans.
  • Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with the organization’s values and drives employee engagement. Implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, well-being, and work-life balance.
  • Organizational Assessments and Surveys: Conduct organizational assessments, employee surveys, and data analysis to identify areas for improvement and monitor progress. Translate findings into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Consultation and Collaboration: Serve as an internal consultant to senior leaders and departments, providing expert advice, guidance, and support on organizational development matters. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement change initiatives and address organizational challenges.
