REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (QSA)

This position requires a post-secondary degree in human resources management, leadership, adult education or in a closely-related discipline. Significant experience in organization development/effectiveness, change management, facilitation (in-person and virtual), coaching, and training and development, including the use of web-based learning management tools. A CPHR, CTDP or ICF designation is an asset.

Responsibilities:

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY

The position is responsible for co-designing and facilitating initiatives and interventions that enhance organizational effectiveness. These activities include building capacity for leadership development, change management, and team effectiveness including conflict management. The role works collaboratively with colleagues within human resources and across all levels of leadership within Saskatchewan Polytechnic to ensure alignment of the strategic and operational priorities.
Nature and Scope
This position can be based at any of Saskatchewan Polytechnic locations, requiring travel provincially as required. Saskatchewan Polytechnic offers a working remotely program of which this position may be eligible. The OE Consultant has no direct reports. This role reports to the Director, HR Strategy Development and works with HR staff, Saskatchewan Polytechnic managers, program heads, supervisors, deans, employees, and union officials.
