Job Description
AECOM is seeking an Organizational Strategist located within the Greater Toronto Area to join our practice. Strategy+ is AECOM’s design-led management consulting studio that operates at the intersection of Business Transformation, Organizational Dynamics and Place Strategy.

JOB SUMMARY

This role is essential in driving transformation within our client organization by applying strategic thinking and organizational psychology principles. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement innovation strategies that address complex organizational challenges to support projects which encompass world-class corporations, agencies, institutions, universities & colleges, and local and federal government.
We’re looking for someone that is comfortable blurring the lines between strategy, business, people and the built environment, qualitative and quantitative data, is a strong communicator, comfortable tackling diverse projects across differing industries, is highly motivated, engagingly collaborative and possesses outstanding analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

In order to be considered for this position, candidates must possess, at a minimum:

  • No less than a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (e.g. Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Behavioral Science) + four (4) years of experience in organizational strategy, change management or a similar role.

Demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education may be considered.
