JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing patient treatment plans and ensuring a smooth experience from initial consultation to treatment completion. This position requires strong administrative skills, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency in various software applications.
SKILLS
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately for data entry tasks.
- Experience as a dental receptionist or clerk is preferred but not required.
- Solid administrative skills with attention to detail in managing files and records.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.

Pay: $26.00-$36.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week

- Greet patients warmly and manage their appointments efficiently.
- Coordinate treatment plans by communicating with patients and dental professionals.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all data is entered into the system promptly.
- Assist with insurance verification and financial arrangements for treatment options.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Utilize Google Suite for scheduling, documentation, and communication purposes.
- Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and clerical duties as needed.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient flow and satisfaction.
