Description and Requirements
Our Outside School Hours Care service, Sherwood Ridge OSHClub , is looking for a passionate Assistant Coordinator to assist with managing the service and providing engaging programs for our primary-age children. This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering 27.5 hours per week (guaranteed minimum) to assist with leading a team of passionate Educators.
You will work across split shifts to support the service’s operating hours of Monday – Friday, 6:45am – 8:45am (Rise then Shine Program) and 3:00pm – 6:00pm (Stay and Play Program). You can work block shifts during the school holidays too!
About the role
You’ll have the support of a state specific office, plus a Regional Manager who regularly visits to mentor you at your service to assist you and your team to:
Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!
Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.
Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management.
Assist to manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration.
