Description:

TheirCare was founded in 2017 and since then we have expanded from our flagship service in Melbourne, to operating high quality Outside School Hours Care and Holiday Programs across Australia. We exist to enrich communities and support families all year round.
Responsibilities:
- Work alongisde the OSHC Service Coordinator and support local families by providing quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs for their child.
- Be responsible for planning club based activities such as Chess Club, Gardening Club etc.
- Create engaging programs with industry leading programming tools!
- Be the face of TheirCare and create positive relationships within the school community.
- Mentor your team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry.
- Rostering for your service with support from your Area Manager.
- Manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks.
- Hours: 2.00pm - 6.00pm + weekly administration hours
- Monday to Friday- no weekend work!
