Description and Requirements
The Regional Director’s role is to manage, inspire, influence, and develop a high performing, skilled, and engaged OSHC service delivery team, including three Regional Managers as direct reports.
Your portfolio will include multiple site locations across the Perth metropolitan area. The Regional Director of this portfolio will also be the Subject Matter Expert in Compliance for JAG WA. The structure of this role fulltime role includes 4 days as Regional Director 1 one day as Compliance SME.
About the role
Reporting to the State General Manager, you will support Junior Adventures Group’s strategic and operating plan for a portfolio of services and lead a team, ensuring compliance and service excellence with a focus on service contract retention and growth.
Your role will also include ensuring key positive relationships in these areas:
Direct management of key accounts Team of direct reports including Regional Manager and Coordinators State and national government bodies (regulators) The executive team JAG Group finance Business development managers

AS A SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT, YOU WILL:

Support the JAG WA team to continue leading the way as the highest quality OSHC provider Work closely with relevant stakeholders such as local government and education departments Work with the State General Manager and other Regional Directors to maintain a status of high quality compliance within the state Collaborate with our other Compliance Subject Matter Experts nationally, under the guidance of the General Manager of Quality Service Development

Operational and P&L leadership experience of a multi-site team Experience leading and developing high performing teams. Demonstrated ability to build sustainable external and internal relationships. Proven experience in a compliance role, preferably within the education sector or a child-centric organisation. Familiarity with the regulations and standards governing childcare and education services. An understanding of educational practices and frameworks, enabling the application of the best methods in compliance WA Australian work rights
