Description:
THE SKILLS YOU BRING:
- BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Unix, RedHat Linux, scripting, and networking
- Troubleshooting skills in Unix/Linux environment
- Good English language, both verbal and written
- Negotiation & argumentation skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Customer handling attitude
Responsibilities:
- Working with assigned Customer Service Requests (CSR), using support tools and according to support processes and procedures.
- Analyze problems and identify suitable solutions to these problems.
- Fix and resolve problems to stabilize and optimize customer networks.
- Through contact with external customers, capture data and information about any specific problem that has been reported to Ericsson.
- Work, collaborate, and communicate in an international environment, both with colleagues internally as well as customers and suppliers of Ericsson.
- You may have the opportunity to travel internationally and work in different cultural environments.
- Long-term work with Cloud-based Ericsson solutions.
