Description:

THE SKILLS YOU BRING:

  • BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of Unix, RedHat Linux, scripting, and networking
  • Troubleshooting skills in Unix/Linux environment
  • Good English language, both verbal and written
  • Negotiation & argumentation skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Customer handling attitude

Responsibilities:

  • Working with assigned Customer Service Requests (CSR), using support tools and according to support processes and procedures.
  • Analyze problems and identify suitable solutions to these problems.
  • Fix and resolve problems to stabilize and optimize customer networks.
  • Through contact with external customers, capture data and information about any specific problem that has been reported to Ericsson.
  • Work, collaborate, and communicate in an international environment, both with colleagues internally as well as customers and suppliers of Ericsson.
  • You may have the opportunity to travel internationally and work in different cultural environments.
  • Long-term work with Cloud-based Ericsson solutions.
