Responsibilities:
JOB PURPOSE
You will be responsible for various accounting operations, ensuring high quality of performed tasks, and supporting order-to-cash related queries.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accounting operations:
- Credit & debit notes processing
- Resolving unallocated cash items
- Direct debit processing
- Customer accounts reconciliation
- Preparation of various reports and their analysis
- Processing orders for customers
- Ensuring high quality of performed tasks,
- First line contact and support to order-to-cash related queries
- Process improvements
- Participation in internal projects
- Compliance with internal controls and J-SOX rules
