ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the OtC (Order to Cash) Manager at DFDS, you will be accountable for overseeing the entire order to cash process, ensuring high quality, timeliness and accurateness. You will work closely with various departments to optimize E2E processes and improve productivity. You will have an opportunity to lead and inspire well established team of professionals that make DFDS Business Services grow and deliver on strategic objectives every single day.
This role requires excellent leadership skills, strategic thinker abilities, collaborative mindset, strong lean focus and background in finance or customer service.
AS AN OTC MANAGER AT DFDS, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Leading the OtC team, with a focus on standardizing processes and ensuring operational excellence
- Managing end-to-end OtC processes, including invoicing, cash application, collections, credit control, and dispute resolution
- Identifying areas for improvement in service delivery, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to create value
- Driving process improvement initiatives to streamline the OtC function and enhance productivity
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations while managing risks and controls effectively
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Customer Service) to support seamless business operations and provide valuable insights for decision-making
- Developing and coaching team leads, promoting professional growth and high performance through continuous assessments and training
