Responsibilities:
- Performing detailed power systems analysis and maintaining a library of contingency plans.
- Investigating and reporting on system incidents.
- Providing technical support to real-time operations.
- Managing network constraints and communicating limits advice to AEMO.
- Reviewing and developing operational procedures and standards.
- Facilitating knowledge capture and dissemination throughout the organisation.
- Performing power system fault level studies and maintaining operational strategies.
- Analysing electricity market outcomes to inform business unit decisions.
- Authoring IT and other system requirements for Network Operations.
- Designing and implementing automation schemes
