We’re looking for a Outbound Account Executive to join our Hospitality Sales team in Melbourne. You will be responsible for managing a 360 sales cycle through generating a pipeline through prospecting, booking meetings and owning the sales processing from initial outreach to demo and close. You’ll be part of an evolving and disruptive company that is changing the way that business owners and their customers engage with each other in Hospitality.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Generating pipeline with a combination of phone and email outreach
  • Reaching out into specific market segments as defined by leadership and learning from cadences & constantly optimising touchpoints
  • Lead one-on-one screen-sharing presentations/demos as required
  • Manage a sales pipeline with multiple prospects utilising Salesforce, forecasting sales pipeline to leadership, ensuring monthly KPI’s are met
  • Meet the proper SLA, which can be measured in GTV, Business Type, Timeline, and other key differentiators
  • Work within a team environment to collaboratively grow the business
  • Work with management on pricing negotiations
  • Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly quotas

What you need to bring:

We’re looking for an experienced candidate who has experience with the following:

  • Experience with outbound sales, calling into cold leads and converting conversations into meetings
  • Experience forecasting a pipeline and daily/weekly/monthly KPI’s
  • Track record of top performance in your previous role
  • You aren’t afraid of no’s and understand outbound is a volume game.
  • Professional poise and confidence while communicating with executives
  • Committed to a culture of positivity and high performance
