We are seeking a proactive and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Lead for Outbound Communication Team. You will lead outbound communication efforts, driving student engagement and conversion through strategic outreach and support. Your role will focus on optimizing communication processes, managing a team of specialists, and ensuring high levels of student satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Ability to collaborate 12 pm - 8 pm CET.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in outbound communication or customer service roles, preferably in EdTech.
  • Proven experience working with customer retention.
  • Experience with CRM systems and communication tools such as HubSpot.
  • Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher).
  • Flexible, adaptable, and tech-savvy.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills.

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance student engagement and conversion.
  • Implement new communication processes and automation tools.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of outbound communication managers.
  • Develop the team of outbound managers and share best practices on student retention.
