Description:
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate team of customer service coordinators – Outbound
- Prioritise workload between team and be the driver of standards
- Oversee all aspects of the order processing lifecycle, from order receipt to fulfillment and after -sales enquiries.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets and ensure the team meets KPIs related to order processing times, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Understanding of PERI processes and procedures
- Develop good working relationships with Sales, Logistics and Accounts
