Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate team of customer service coordinators – Outbound
  • Prioritise workload between team and be the driver of standards
  • Oversee all aspects of the order processing lifecycle, from order receipt to fulfillment and after -sales enquiries.
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets and ensure the team meets KPIs related to order processing times, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Understanding of PERI processes and procedures
  • Develop good working relationships with Sales, Logistics and Accounts
