Job purpose The Outbound Order Manager is responsible for the day-to-day order processing which includes, but is not limited to; order batching, releasing and prioritization, monitoring workload balance and order status, problem solve any issues related with order fulfillment and they will act as the warehouse liaison with inside sales and transportation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of High School education or an equivalent (preferred);
• Excellent communication skills
• Multi-tasking and the ability to prioritize workload;
• Experience working independently in a fast paced environment;
• Capacity to work under strict deadlines;
• Proficient with MS Office and data entry (Word, Outlook, Excel);
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving abilities.

• Batch and release orders based on operational rules and priorities;
• Monitor order status and escalate orders at risk of missing customer promise;
• Support the team by assisting in problem solving/troubleshooting orders with transportation or inventory issues to ensure customers’ needs are being met and results are delivered
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer escalations
• Ensure compliance to the company ISO requirements as well as customer routing guide requirements when applicable
