Compensation: $167000 CAD OTE ($67,000 base + uncapped commission) | Unlimited PTO | Fully Remote | Generous Benefits

REQUIRED

  • 3+ years of proven experience in outbound recruitment, preferably within SaaS or high-growth tech environments.
  • Strong proficiency in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
  • Experience in building and maintaining candidate pipelines for various roles.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred) and ability to leverage data for recruitment optimization.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive mindset, with a passion for seeking out new talent and building strong candidate relationships.

ABOUT THE ROLE

SaaS Academy is seeking a talented and proactive Outbound Recruiter to join our growing People Team. This role focuses on sourcing and networking to find exceptional talent, from high-volume positions to leadership roles. You will play a key part in building our internal recruitment agency, ensuring that we are consistently attracting world-class talent. Your ability to create and maintain a talent pool will directly impact our ability to hire quickly and efficiently.
Here are the primary components of our Outbound Recruiter role, including but not limited to:

RESPONSIBILITIES & SUCCESS METRICS

  • Outbound Recruitment: Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, cold calls, emails, social media, and networking communities. You’ll ensure a consistent pipeline of candidates, minimizing downtime in filling key roles.
  • Success Metric: Ability to close leadership hires with off-market talent that we are otherwise unable to attract inbound.
  • Networking: Establish strong relationships within relevant groups, masterminds, and communities. Your ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, will be essential to building rapport with candidates.
  • Success Metric: Build and maintain strong relationships, leading to successful hires from non-LinkedIn outbound efforts.
  • Talent Pooling: Develop a talent pool from outbound sourcing and networking activities, specifically for high-volume positions, to ensure we always have access to qualified candidates.
  • Success Metric: Create a ready-to-go talent pool for quick placements in high-volume positions.
  • Follow and create SOPs for Outbound Recruitment: Work on creating and refining SOPs for outbound recruitment that can be used to improve processes and efficiency within the first 90 days.
  • Success Metric: Establish effective outbound recruitment SOPs that drive immediate ROI.
