As Outbound Sales Operations Manager, you will be a key player in our Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy. Reporting to the Director of Sales, this role will focus on new business - operational efficiency, strategy and performance.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work cross-functionally with the GTM Leadership team, developing operations, analyzing performance, and improving efficiency in the sales process
  • Facilitate and create outbound campaign initiatives, from lead list creation to performance tracking
  • Create salesforce reporting, dashboards, and processes
  • Provide analysis and strategic insights from the teams performance data in Salesforce including rep attainment, win rates, and opportunity creation
  • Assist the leadership team in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies while facilitating continuous process improvements
  • Identify areas and opportunities to optimize within various territories and implement these changes with support of leadership

What you need to bring:

  • You have 1-2 years of experience in an operational role within a SaaS organization
  • Strong experience using Salesforce, Excel/Google Suite
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to learn quickly
  • You have a solution-focused attitude, an analytical thinker with the ability to understand the “why” and the “what”
  • Strong project management skills, proven ability to juggle multiple projects at once in a fast paced environment
