Open Door Group (ODG), a trailblazing non-profit organization serving communities across Canada, is looking for an Outcomes Analyst to join our team!
Salary: 28.80 per hour, Grid 25, Step 2
Status: Full-time, Permanent
Hours of Work: 36 hours per week
Location: This position will be hybrid remote, with a primary work location of a home office and secondary work locations from our Open Door Group offices in Vancouver, Kamloops, Kelowna, or Sechelt, based on where the successful candidate lives.
Your Role:
The Outcomes Analyst is responsible for overseeing our data systems and reporting frameworks, guaranteeing the integrity and precision of data. This position transforms raw data into structured information using advanced data analysis and visualization techniques, particularly using Power BI, which will then be analyzed to glean insights that drive business decisions. The Outcomes Analyst is also responsible for enhancing analytical, reporting functions, and supporting performance and quality assurance processes to pinpoint areas for improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Grade 12
• Data Analytics Certificate or equivalent or one of the following credentials:
• Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate
• Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP)
• Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)
• Recent, related experience of three years
• Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
