Our trendy and bustling café is seeking a talented Outlet Manager to join our superstar team. There is also a competitive salary range and work life balance as we only have a 5-days work week.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Café Manager, Store Manager, or similar role in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the café, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs, resolving complaints, and providing excellent service.
  • Train, and manage a team of café staff, ensuring they are motivated and performing to the best of their abilities.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring stock availability and minimizing wastage.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve profitability targets.
  • Manage the café’s budget (labour and food costs), control expenses, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Work with the marketing team for promotional activities to attract customers and boost sales.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to refine the café menu, ensuring a variety of high-quality offerings.
  • Ensure the café complies with all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
  • Handle backend tasks such as creating staff rosters, managing timesheets, ordering supplies, and maintaining end-of-month records.
  • Develop natural means of attracting customer loyalty and think of the right solutions to enhance the customer experience.
