Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing outlets staff’s work schedules.
- Enforcing & complying with company policies, procedures, health and safety.
- Maintain high staff morale and positive workplace atmosphere
- Work closely with the Manager to ensure correct stock levels are available from central distribution area, to assist the operational Food and Beverage team.
- Conducting regular inspections of the outlets to ensure strict compliance with all relevant Hygiene and Safety legislation and requirements.
- The outlet supervisor will constantly reviewthe product range to ensure that all key quality standards are maintained.
- They will also liaise with the Sales and Marketing team and Operation Manager to collate and respond to all customer correspondence, ensuring this is communicate to the all the outlets team,where appropriate.
- They will also manage the incentive scheme, allocating and verifying spending and assisting in report analysis on stock and sales, highlighting and acting on any anomalies.
- Overseeing food preparation,presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
- Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies at the outlets are adequately stocked.
- Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.
- Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Hands-on preparing and serving of products when necessary.
- Perform any job task as and when request.
