Responsibilities:

MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB

The post holder will be responsible for facilitating the daily management and supervision of staff, ensuring rotas are covered and work flows are maintained.
They will be responsible for recruitment and induction, personal development plans, mentoring, performance management, monitoring sickness, and arranging cover for annual leave, in accordance with Trust policies.
Ensure Epsom and St Helier NHS Trust Policies are adhered to and at all times patient confidentiality is maintained.
The post holder will lead a team who book a range of appointments across all sites and specialities within Epsom and St Helier Hospitals, offering a choice of dates and times for appointments, while complying with the 18 week guidelines.
The team leader will be responsible for line management and training and development for all staff and support individuals with any personal development plans.
