Description:
Are you a dynamic, hardworking, and compassionate leader? We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our Outpatient Booking Team, ensuring outstanding patient care and service delivery.
Responsibilities:
Leadership & Administration: Oversee all administrative functions within the department, maintaining excellence in service and patient care.
HR Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of HR policies, ensuring a supportive and compliant work environment.
Staff Recruitment & Training: Participate in recruitment, selection, and training processes to maintain optimal staffing levels and ensure staff are well-prepared for their roles.
Attendance Management: Monitor and record sickness and absence details in line with Trust policy, addressing persistent issues appropriately to ensure continuity of service and support for individual staff members.
Leave Coordination: Authorise and coordinate annual leave arrangements for all staff, ensuring smooth operations and adequate coverage.
